About this job:

Business Unit: Customer Service

Location: Changshu

In order to provide efficient customer service, we are looking for a highly competitive service engineer who understands the whole automated production line and capable of assembling and commissioning our products at customer site.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide technical service for our customers: installation, training and onsite service of our equipment;
  • Submit timely documentation of service activities and expenses;
  • Work closely with sales and field application specialists to ensure customer expectations are being met;
  • Provide feedback, reports and analysis of field issues to service management;
  • Strictly follow our internal quality requirements;
  • Provide customer service for technical application issues even over the telephone, email, pro-actively and on time in order to ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Be responsible that tools and materials used meet all necessary requirements and are well maintained;
  • Be responsible for the commissioning of the equipment until receiving final acceptance from the customer;
  • Be responsible that all reports are completed according to company standards.
Requirement:
  •  Technical Education;
  • Good knowledge of mechanic and able to read technical drawings;
  • Good knowledge of control, able to read wiring diagrams and circuit diagrams;
  • Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical parameters measurement technique;
  • At least 3 years of working experience in relevant positions of an international manufacturing company in this industry;
  • Verbal and written fluency in Mandarin and English is required;
  • Excellent analytical troubleshooting and problem solving skills;
  • Extensive travel required; also abroad
  • Proficient with computer software and hardware;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Strong team spirit and results-oriented;
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure;
  • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently;
  • Willing to be trained abroad for several month in companies headquarters;
  • Excellent time management and reporting skills.
