About this job:

Event Management

    1. Event preparation, execution and follow-up
    2. Acquiring of partners and sponsors
    3. Communication with partners, sponsors & participants
    4. Following up with the registration process
    5. Handling of event finances
    6. On-site support during events
    7. Designing, sending and uploading of event materials


Membership & Publications

    1. Communication with members regarding events, payments and general inquiries via phone, e-mail and in person
    2. Support the Regional Manager in membership and publications related tasks as necessary



    1. Handle office administrative tasks
    2. Assist the regional manager in daily tasks
  1. Bachelor’s degree or above
  2. Chinese native speaker, proficient in English both orally & written, German is a plus
  3. Computer skills, especially Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  4. Intercultural competence, good interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in an international team
  5. Ability to work independently and under pressure
  6. Detail oriented and able to follow directions
  7. High level of discipline and a high sense of confidentiality
  8. Self-motivation and willingness to learn and improve
  9. Flexibility in terms of tasks and responsibilities
Native Language: Chinese
Working Experience: 1-2 years
