For our Corporate Services department we are currently searching for a committed

Assistant Project Manager for Bookkeeping & Tax Services (m/f)
(Location: Beijing)

Your tasks / responsibilities:

  • Independently provide outsourced bookkeeping and tax compliance services for clients
  • Support on providing financial and tax advice for clients, and ability to draft memorandums accordingly
  • Support on supervising and preparing PRC accounting books and reports for the clients from overseas in accordance with PRC regulations. Ensure that all accounting treatment is in compliance with PRC laws
  • Support on developing clients in cooperation with the Head of Corporate Services and the department of Legal & Investment of German Industry & Commerce Beijing
  • Maintain continuous interaction with clients, manage expectations and ensure clients’ satisfaction
  • Close cooperation with existing teams of our other Branch offices in mainland China
Requirement:

Your profil:

  • Native Chinese Speaker, fluent English (both written and spoken); German is an advantage
  • University degree in accounting or finance, qualified accountant, at least with Preliminary Accounting Title (会计师初级职称) level or Accounting Vocational Qualification (会计从业资格证)
  • 1-2 years accounting, finance and tax experience especially in foreign companies, experience in professional services (Big4, consulting firms) is preferred
  • Good understanding of cost accounting, VAT deduction experience preferred
  • Independent, self-motivated, client- and quality-oriented, able to manage and implement tax and accounting issues of foreign invested enterprises
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills, good team-spirit
